Hi, I’m Asjia Smith, Broker-Owner of Emerald Realty. I’m a licensed Real Estate Broker and Licensed Community Association Manager, and my experience in sales, property management, and community management gives me a full perspective on residential real estate—I know what it takes to help you make the right decisions and guide you through the whole process. I started Emerald Realty after moving back home to Florida in 2022 because I wanted real estate to feel personal and memorable. When I’m not working, I’m a proud football mom, I serve in my church, I love music and good food, and I travel as much as I can. I love hanging out with the people that matter most and feel joy when I bring people together. I’m also affiliated with the veteran community.
